Abusive women

I dont know why women nowadays accept getting abused by their men. When we hear stories about women getting beaten we decide to help put the girl down by deciding on what we would do and how we would handle the situation and we dont even now how it feels. But when the conflict happens to them it is a WHOLE different story and we react differently than what we say. Violence towards women should not be acceptable even though some of us ( I know I did with Chris brown) try to defend the man when they are wrong. When women are in a abusive relationship they defend the man to maybe he makes her feel wanted, she can have low selfesteem, he keeps her satisfied, she like the feel of security, or she doesnt have any other place to live. What is your opinion?
